You are going to want to make the Nutty Holiday Cheese ball to take to your next event! It is the perfect combination of savory, crunchy & sweet.
What you need:
1 block cream cheese
1/2 cup Mayo
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar
1/4 cup chopped bacon
1/4 cup chopped candied pecans
3tbs parsley
Garlic/salt/pepper
Pomegranate seeds (for topping)
How to make:
Combine all ingredients in stand mixer. Once mixed, roll into ball. Roll cheese ball in additional crushed candied peacans.
Store in the refrigerator, when you are ready to serve, top with pomegranate seeds.
